Dr. Kim Purgavie, a Board Certified Physiatrist, has joined our Therapy Department at Myrtle Beach Manor. Dr. Purgavie is a member of Strand Orthopedics in Horry County. She and Debbie White, our therapy Director, have expanded our Physical and Occupational Therapy services to six days a week. This will be especially beneficial for Residents requiring therapy after joint replacement surgery.
